            I, _____________________________, promise not to bring or use any drugs or alcohol at any St. Bernard’s Youth Group event.  I understand that if any drugs, alcohol, or cigarettes are found in my possession, my parent or guardian will be notified and asked to come and pick me up from the Youth Group event.
